WPD: Man damaged patrol car, resisted arrest following domestic incident

WATERTOWN, NYJames M. Moore, 32, of 2509 Alexandria Meadows, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:21 p.m. May 30 at his residence with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, and single counts of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Mr. Moore allegedly yelled profanities outside his apartment and punched two holes in the drywall at his apartment during a domestic incident, police said. He is also accused of pulling his hands away from officers in an attempt to get away after being advise he was under arrest, they said. He allegedly caused over $250 in damage to the right rear door of a patrol car while he was actively resisting his arrest, according to court documents. He was held for arraignment in City Court.
