WATERTOWN, NY — Shaneaka P. Jones, 21, of 905 Moore Ave., Rochester, was charged by Watertown police at 9:52 p.m. Monday, May 21, at 305 Gotham St. with disorderly conduct. She is accused of screaming outside 305 Gotham St. causing several occupants to come outside due to the commotion, according to court documents. She was being held on $100 police bail pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
