WATERTOWN, NY — Amy N. Hayward, 42, of 644 LeRay St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:10 a.m. Thursday, June 7, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
She is accused of possessed a small multi-colored silicone container that contained 9.8 grams of methamphetamine at about 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, on Exchange Street, police said.
She is summoned to appear June 14 in City Court.
