WPD: Woman stabbed man during domestic incident at Duffy Street home

WATERTOWN, NY —  At about 2:57 PM on 01/11/2021, uniformed patrol officers and detectives responded to an assault between two occupants of 176 Duffy St. in our city.

The investigation showed 34-year-old Marilyn A. St. Laurent used a knife to assault 30-year-old Jeremy A. Love during a domestic argument at their residence, police said.

Mr. Love was transported by Guilfoyle Ambulance to Samaritan Medical Center where he was treated for multiple lacerations. He currently remains in the emergency room.

Ms. St. Laurent was charged with one count of Assault in the Second Degree, a Class D felony, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, a Class A misdemeanor.

During her video arraignment, the Hon. David Morse released her on her own recognizance and issued an order of protection.
