WATERTOWN, NY — Ashley N. Beach, 25, of 1708 Ohio St., Apt. 134, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:29 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in the 200 block of Moulton Street with petit larceny. She is accused of stealing JVC earbuds valued at $7.00 when she exited Dollar General, 144 Eastern Blvd., without attempting to pay causing the security alarm to activate at about 8:57 p.m. Thursday, police said. Ms. Beach is summoned to appear June 6 in City Court.
